We cross the Lions Gate and Second Narrows bridges daily. Delivery covers Ambleside, Dundarave, Park Royal, Lonsdale, Lynn Valley, and Seymour. Deep Cove orders accepted on Tuesdays and Fridays. Evening deliveries: 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Weekend brunch packs available Saturday and Sunday 10 AM – 12 PM.

Free delivery for orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a $7 delivery charge to cover the bridge crossing.

Do you deliver to Deep Cove?

Yes, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Order by 2 PM for same-day evening delivery.

Can I order for the whole week at once?

Definitely. Our weekly meal prep box includes 5 meals, portioned and labelled for each day. Pick it up or get it delivered on your chosen day.
