Wedding Catering Styles
Dim Sum Station
Set up a live dim sum station where guests pick from steaming baskets of har gow, siu mai, xiao long bao, and BBQ pork buns. It is interactive, fun, and perfect for cocktail hours.
Noodle Bar
A made-to-order noodle bar with ramen, udon, and dan dan noodles. Guests choose their broth, noodles, and toppings. Works beautifully as a late-night snack station too.
Multi-Course Seated Dinner
A formal 8-course dinner blending Western and Asian flavours. Think: miso-glazed black cod, five-spice duck breast, matcha tiramisu. Each course plated and served to the table.

We handle weddings from 30 to 300 guests. For events over 150, we bring additional kitchen staff and equipment.
Do you provide service staff?
Yes. Plated dinners include servers. Buffet and station setups include attendants. Pricing is included in the per-person rate.
Can you accommodate multiple dietary needs?
Absolutely. We handle vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and nut-free requests. Guests with special diets receive individually plated meals.
