Postpartum & Confinement Meal Delivery Vancouver
Postpartum and confinement meal delivery in Vancouver. Traditional Chinese zuo yue zi meals with ginger, sesame oil, and bone broth.

The first month after giving birth is a time for rest, recovery, and nourishing food. In Chinese tradition, the "sitting month" (坐月子, zuo yue zi) centres on warming, nutrient-dense meals that help new mothers heal. The Storm Cafe delivers traditional postpartum meals across Metro Vancouver — prepared with care and rooted in generations of wisdom.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the menu be customized for dietary restrictions?
Yes. We accommodate allergies, lactose intolerance, and personal preferences. Some mothers prefer no rice wine — we adjust the recipes accordingly.
Is this suitable for non-Chinese new mothers?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are non-Chinese mothers who appreciate the warming, nutrient-dense approach. We explain each dish and its purpose.
Can I start mid-month?
Yes. Start any day — we pro-rate the package. Many mothers start after coming home from the hospital.
